Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 72 hours before departure: Full refund minus service charges (PKR 500-2,000 depending on route).
  • 24-72 hours before departure: 75% refund of base fare.
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: 50% refund of base fare.
  • No-show: No refund applicable.

Cancellation by Airline

If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you are entitled to a full refund or rebooking on the next available flight at no extra cost.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
  • Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect.
  • JazzCash refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Service fees and convenience charges
  • Insurance premiums (if purchased)
  • Special fare tickets marked as non-refundable
